These hatchlings are vain little things, and greatly enjoy human company. If left alone for two long, a bored hatchling will make a run for it, breaking into the castle and harassing everyone. Although these little hatchlings cannot run very quickly, they know full well that they are too heavy to be herded or picked up. So, they find the busiest area in the castle and lay down, oftentimes surprising magi by spraying them with water from their trunks. The easiest way to remove them is to offer them their favorite treat; watermelon. A trail of slices usually suffices to bring even the most unruly of kordaetis elephants back to their place by the lake.
The Kordaetis Elephants need a minor correction in the hatchling descriptions.

From the Goldfish description:
"Golfish" hatchlings are usually seen with the krakens and leviathans.

This is more of a wrong word than a misspelling:
"They are very particular to fruits, which are very difficult for them to procure." It's from the Topo Wyrm description, and I believe it's meant to say "partial to fruits" (as in having a liking for fruits) instead of "particular".
My join date says 2012, when I made an account I promptly forgot about until August 2023, so I'm really *gasp* a newbie. :)
I have no phobias or disliked critters. Feel free to click anything in my keep, except the "Quests" tab. I think you'll find plenty there without those 2 or 3.

The description of adult Ardulen Grotesques has ??? in place of the ':

"Keep???s", "don???t", "weren???t"
bestiary/1101

Attune to an element quest:

Compound words? "easy going", "single mindedness", "hard hearted"
Unnecessary capitalization: "Bright and Happy", "Caring and Healing"

Image

Description:

It's easy to distinguish a melcu adult from other snails because of their shells. There are many gold and yellow snails, but no others have patterns that display feelings in their shells. The melcus are sociable and seek a magis' company from the day they hatch. By the time they reach adulthood, the melcus are so accustomed to humans that they have no desire to live in the wild. The adults are comfortable living in the Keep, accompanying magi wherever they go, happy to use their magic to show the emotions of those around them. They act as brooches and badges, sticking their bodies to cloaks and showing what the wearer feels. On some occasions, they can even be convinced to change their patterns to the amusement of children. However, the melcu adults are honest beings, refusing to show a different emotion than the one felt. Because of this, they are trusty creatures, the magi knowing a paiga will never lie for its owner.

They're so goofy, I love them actually. XD

Adult female Mohi Paiga!

Description:

It's easy to distinguish a paiga adult from other spiders because of their bodies. There are many gold and yellow spiders, but no others have patterns that display feelings in their abdomens. The paigas are sociable and seek a magis' company from the day they hatch. By the time they reach adulthood, the paigas are so accustomed to humans that they have no desire to live in the wild. The adults are comfortable living in the Keep, accompanying magi wherever they go, happy to use their magic to show the emotions of those around them. They act as mood rings, wrapping their long, thin legs around a finger and showing what the wearer feels. On some occasions, they can even be convinced to change their patterns to the amusement of children. However, the paiga adults are honest creatures, refusing to show a different emotion than the one felt. Because of this, they are trusty beings, the magi knowing a paiga will never lie for its owner.

Don't know if anyone noticed this yet, but the last line of the adult description says "paiga" on both creatures. Should the Melcus one say "melcus will never lie for its owner." ?
