Operation Save MagiStream
Re: Operation Save MagiStream
Since we have a little less than two weeks now, do we have any sort of estimates on how close we are to keeping MS alive?

I mean, can we at least know what ideas we've come up with are possible?

Yes, progress would be nice! People have been asking about this since the thread opened.KitsuneXIII wrote:Seconded.butcherbaby wrote:an update on this matter would really be nice.
It seems like there are lots of people who are willing to help, it's good faith to be upfront about where we are vs/ where we need to be, both so people are aware of how much more needs to be done, and for transparencies sake.

Re: Operation Save MagiStream
I think I can manage to pump out a measley donation out of my tiny (non-existant, I use a ziploc baggy) wallet.
Now to see if my parents will let me...
So, what does "above-average" entail, exactly?

Le update:
Things were going well for a while, then this whole snow dragon + easter egg thing happened, and I guess nobody donates if they're egg locked, so that's been a problem.
If donations continue at a reasonable pace after I unflood the stream with easter stuff we should be OK.

Re: Operation Save MagiStream
It's nice to hear that. Yes, egglock is a big problem for donations, but it usually doesn't take that long to hatch eggs, at least for some people.

Re: Operation Save MagiStream
Rather than take the event critters out so soon because of that, why not leave them in there for a while, but decrease how often they show up? Kind of like what happened with the hummingbirds, but not making the duckits permanent; moreso like semi-permanent.Tristan wrote:Le update:
