Re: Bug-Lover's Club
That picture is probably the best response to anyone saying bugs are gross.
"Ew, bugs!"
"BITCH I'M FABULOUS"
Oh my goodness.

Gotta be careful with robotic insects though. They might take over the world and such.

Or create hybrids. Then take over the world. And such.Piney wrote:Gotta be careful with robotic insects though. They might take over the world and such.

The second line. I'd make it do things for me. But maybe they could be more like an insect and less like a water penny...Padfootsmistress777 wrote:I for one welcome our new robo-bug overlords

Re: Bug-Lover's Club
Next thing you know, a robotic insect will be sent back in time using Arnold Schwarzenegger's voice, and it's job will be to stop Hivenet from securing its dominance over the human race by saving the woman who will give birth to the hero of the resistance. And it's last words before falling to a bug zapper will be "I'll be back". Looks to me like they're just calling the robot a bug because of its small size though. It doesn't seem too insecty or hive minded for now, so we're safe. For now.
Edit: Reread the whole article. Belay that, they are very insecty and it is NOT safe! Bees! Autonomous Robotic BEES! RUN FOR THE HILLS!
Slightly off topic, but we actually do have an AI of sorts controlling some weapons platforms that is actually named "Skynet". Hopefully they have permanently disabled its netflix privileges, just in case.

Meep meep, 'nother mascot idea. Turritopsis nutricula. The immortal jellyfish! It could symbolize that this club will go on forever.

I'd still prefer arthropleura armata more, though, just because it is AWESOME.
