Looking for critique!

Hi y'all!

I'm a college student writing a YA novel as a passion project, on the side of my studies. I've only taken a few writing classes, and I'm not currently taking any so I'm having a hard time finding someone to critique my story. If this sounds like something you're interested in, take a look at this summary:

The setting is several hundred thousand years in the future. Humans are largely extinct and animals have reclaimed the earth. some of the continents have shifted, forming some sort of "nu-pangea". many animals find novelty in collecting old human things, like technology and books. the story starts in what used to be india, but is now a coastal forest. the main character, Priya, is the only serval cat in the forest. she can't figure out why no other cats in the forest look like her (like leopards and tigers). she is friends with a family of birds who love to collect books, and one day the birds' son, Jiyu, approaches her and her vagabond wolf friend Bazir, and shows them a book with pictures of serval cats. Priya realizes that her family or at least other cats like her exist, and she can find them with the help of her friends. The three set off on a journey to reunite her with the other cats, but discover that they are not at all what they seem to be.

Reply here or send me a PM and I can add you as a commenter in the Google Doc. I'd love feedback from other writers and readers ^_^

Hi there! Are you still looking for people to give writing feedback? If you are, I'd be happy to help :)
