I dreamed about some kind of hotel with an elevator, and a lot of weird buildings in general, and I dreamed about directing a film or series or ARG with two of my paracosms that I've had since I was 15.
They were kids in the series, for some reason. Possibly even pre teens. They were in their own series that took place in the late 1990s, likely even earlier than that, and instead of the internet they were using something else that was similar to the internet but later went out of style.
I think it was the French Minitel?? They definitely had a different name for it, and I remember thinking in the dream what a shame it was that it ended up recalled, because this thing was cozier and happier to use than the internet.

I can't quite recall what they got up to in the series, but they would get up to the stuff that I would be planning in my future webseries called Tactical Fursuits, except with more fantasy elements and more hamminess.
The whole thing had cheesy, low budget family movie kind of vibes, where everyone just kind of did their thing, that kind of fell in popularity ever since the economy seems to have been declining. The whole thing was very bittersweet, like I was finally completing something that I've been wanting to do for a long time, but also made me incredibly sad because it was like a keepsake from a bygone era.

I wonder if it means anything? There's at least two of my projects I can name when I think of how I can relate to this.

Damn, I can't even remember this dream anymore. It makes me sad.

one sec I'm just gonna complain about a thing
So my dream last night had a Kingdom Hearts character, Larxene to be specific. The problem is that she was being shown as a teen at some points, WHILE STILL BEING CALLED LARXENE.
The issue there is that Elrena became a Nobody when she was an adult, so the teen version should have been called Elrena, not Larxene.
Even other characters in the dream pointed out the inconsistency! They casually broke the fourth wall for that!
I'd be letting it slide if it was Zexion but it wasn't so it annoys me greatly.
Sorry for everyone who understands nothing about KH lore, I've been picking up more interest in it this year so seeing inconsistencies is going to annoy me

If you're really getting into Kingdom Hearts this year, there's so much to explore and talk about! Anything specific about the story or characters caught your interest lately?

Not anything specific yet, but Roxas has generally been my favorite character so far (I have a character named after him, and also a few others named after other characters; I have Sora, Vanitas and Ventus, and Xaley, Xeos (sort of), and some of Xeos' Loomians (Check Loomian Legacy if you play roblox, please) (also sort of) follow the same naming theme as Organization XIII. Technically I have Axel as well, but that character is better known as Navy and doesn't even remember their real name)
I have for a few years now been interested in comparing KH lore to my own to find similarities, too
