Based on buying/selling prices I've seen for 100% frozen eggs, I'd say anywhere from 25k to 45k.
Special % eggs/creatures are kind of tough to price because it really depends on an individual's desire for collecting them, plus the rarity and type of creature. While Decessus aren't rare, they're an event critter and the holiday birthday adds a lot of value for people who are into dates ^_^

Bred Light Gemhog and Tasharn: 150k to 155k
Shard value typically ranges from 50k/shard to 55k/shard for bred donation creatures — 50k/shard is what most people settle on and bred donis are most often sold for 150k (breeding costs 3 shards).

Cardoon: 350k to 450k
I've never personally seen one for sale and I can't find anything about past pricing for these, so this is a very rough guess. Basing this on what I've seen some other retired parentless midmonth (2 shard) donis go for from 2014—2015. It being rarely put up for sale may make it more valuable to collectors, especially since it's a hatchie below 1%, though I'm not familiar with its popularity.
