Hope for Japan
Given (by) the threat of meltdown in the Japanese nuclear power plant Fukushima the U.S. armed forces provide to the Japanese civil guards high-pressure pumps for the cooling of the damaged reactors. The special pumps have been brought by U.S. warships on the Yokota Air Base, said the U.S. Navy. There they should be handed over to Japanese authorities. (stern.de)

Also, I think the nuclear thing has subsided. A friend who lives in Japan was chatting with me, and I asked about it. Apparently, the nuclear thing is cooling down fast.
