The Caeruleans have been around for eras, ruling the warmer waters near the equator. In recent times, they have become endangered due to polution amongst other things. Drastic measures had to be taken to prevent them from being wiped out. Though their numbers may be small, everyone one has hopes to see the returned to their former glory.

1. No in-breeding!
2. You may only breed Tidal Capricorns with this lineage.
3. Please name all offspring.
4. You may keep one or two of the offspring, but try and spread the love around. :)
