Back when all Leviathans were the uniform blue, Saeravisa was one of the first to gain the color now declared as "Ocean". Many a times it has been said that Saeravisa had tricked a Magi into giving him his colors, but this in anything but the truth. Having put up with the ridicule and lies, he had left the Callisto Islands to travel the seas, oceans, and rivers to find a place to be himself and not have to put up with idiotic youngsters.
After traveling many a years, Saeravisa stumbled upon an old Magi and his young Ocean Leviathan, Maris, along the river near Synara. Unlike the others, young Maris believed Saeravisa's story on being a true Ocean. Over time, Maris and Saeravisa fell in love and Maris, upon her owner's peaceful death, joined Saeravisa to travel the world together.
