Once upon a time, the Powers That Be created two magical beings, Aislinn and Adam.
Aislinn and Adam lived apart in the seemingly perfect worlds of the Powers but over time they grew restless and lonely.
Finally, they snuck out of the worlds and after crossing the vast emptiness, they found each other and fell in love.
But it was not to be so easy, for the Powers were furious. A curse was placed on them, turning them into monstrous creatures, dark and ugly, hoping to ruin their love. But their love overcome the fury of the Powers and Aislinn and Adam were granted the joyful forms they still possess to this day.
