The moon shines above you, casting it's reflection onto the water. Most of the creatures living in the lake have gone to sleep, resting in the various nooks and crannies they can find. Glancing over the water, you stare at something. Was that the flicker of a candle? The whip of rope? You remind yourself of the tragedy that had taken one Magi's Naga Ally. Apparently, the Naga Ally had mentioned someone's name, and in a instant the snake man had been whisked into the midnight air, tangled up in rope, being led off by some figure with a candle.
Shaking the thought of dread off, you continue on. "After all," You say out loud, "this Candlejack business isn-"
