2. Name after a Harry Potter character. Full name, please. Ex: 'Draco Malfoy'.
3. No repeated naming. Its not that hard to look into the family tree and make sure someone didn't take your name, right?
4. If you don't want it, send it to me, Master Belmos, or the person that gifted it to you. Thanks.
5. If you disobey these rules, you will be on the blacklist.
6. If someone's on the blacklist, don't gift them. Then you'll be there too.
