Dei is pronounced Day, for anyone wondering.
I personally own the progenitors and all 1st gen Phoenix, these are my breeders.
Progenitors and all Mates of the 1st generation are Stream Born.
All 2nd gen are free to anyone who wants one. Breed/name/gift/sell them as you wish.
All I ask is if anyone ever gets a member of the Dei family, no matter the generation and they do not want it, please do not release it! Either gift it away or give it back to me and I will find it a home.
