Narwhals are commonly thought to be no more than another creature in the sea, whom many Magi do not favor. The poor creatures, friendly and loving, are hurt by this, and as such usually hide in somewhere in their watery homeland so that they do not have to hear the horrible shuns and insults directed towards them. Island Stone and Blue Dolphin are one of these many mistreated Narwhals, as their previous owner had dumped them onto another Magi.
However, the Magi who DO appreciate and respect these beautiful creatures are out on a quest. Island Stone and Blue Dolphin are the two progenitors to a lineage created in hopes of spreading the wonderful knowledge and beauty of the Narwhals. They hope that the Magi of the world can come to appreciate the majestic wonders of the Narwhal, and that the terrible shuns heard by the creatures will be no more.
