Years and years ago, I began online RP with an elf named Shymyrinthl Lodrelhai. She became the first of an extensive family of Lodrelhais which I've played ever since, including her namesake Myrin here on MS. In that first game Shymyrinthl meant "mists and shadows". Given that the mist stalkers are so similar in nature to that first elf, I thought it appropriate they also share her family name.
