Blazefang was given to Elly by a generous magi who decided to find another calling in life. The other two she owned were suspicious of the newcomer so she gave him one of their pups to play with. The two bonded and eventually became mates. The Callisto Islands aren't always as warm as hellhounds prefer so Burnfur & Blazefang retreat at times to the sanctuary of some of the underground caverns under the tower of their Keep. Elly prefers it that way since they can get out of control during the winter months. To prevent accidents and incidental fires, she duplicated a seal she found in an old tome to prevent them from leaving when they get ferocious enough to burn anything that comes near.
