Ifrinn, the Children of Hell.
Proud and vain, they rarely accept any magi as their master, and will only help when it is their own decision to do so. Inhabiting the caves of a small island near the Callisto archipelago, they regularly burn the island's forests to the ground, creating an unique landscape very reminiscent of the Incendiary Forest on Calidis despite their own island possessing a much more humid and tropical climate.
The great plumes of smoke that rise up each time the forests are burnt have not gone unnoticed by the inhabitants of the archipelago and the many magi who come there. Many attempts have been made by magi to befriend the volatile Ifrinn hydras, and a few have been successful.
