Peaceful Waters is formed by some of the most gentle and kind hearted hippocami, with their natural grace and serenity, only they would dare to take on a Raging Seas mate (with the exception of a few foolhardy streamborns...). However, due to their gentle natures, they prefer to have one mate, and one mate alone.
Rules:
1. 1 mate
2. No other lineage mixing or starting, Dark Seas excepted
3. No releasing, freezing, or trading
4. Must breed with streamborns or Dark Seas
