- there is a special twist to breeding the members of this family: they may only breed with the kind of alphyn that is not among their parents, so if the parents are:
savannah x etainian the offspring has to breed with a silvian
etainian x silvian -> breed with a savannah and
silvian x savannah -> breed with an etainian
That way the whole variety of the alphyn species will stay a part of this lineage
