The Coinbeak family is one of the Outcast families. Descendants of all four feuding Raptorclaws, these Gryphons made their own small families in an effort to make peace among the Alasre Gryphons. The Coinbeaks are apathetic toward most other Gryphons, and are known to be greedy little buggers. They cherish gold and silver above all else, and dress up large caves with great troves of treasure. They are valiant when it comes to defending their hoards, and will even fight off dragons who come too near. The Coinbeaks are also quite handsome creatures, with gold and gray flecks in between their ordinary feathers. This leads them to be vain and narcissistic.
