Sticky Note Parchment
A stack of parchment. Each piece has a strip of magical adhesive that will harmlessly stick to creatures.

What it does : Allows you (the creature owner) to attach a short note to creatures, that would appear on the keep page next to their sprite and under their name. Would be 100 characters, or maybe even less so there won't be too much stretching on eggs or small hatchling sprites. It can be edited or removed freely. The text would be visible to anyone viewing the creature from the keep. The stack of parchment is not consumed on use, rather it would be a permanent upgrade like the hide tab spell.

Why : On other pets sites people might name a creature with an asking price or other small note like, "free, send trade" or "make me an offer," or notes to themselves like, "breed with this other critter next" or "3rd generation." On those sites, names can just be erased later, so it works out fine. We can't erase creature names, and although we can rename them for a fee, most people would prefer "unnamed" to anything. So! Sticky Parchment would fill that niche, able to be placed and removed at will. It could even be used for (super short) custom descriptions that some people have been asking for.

This actually sounnds interesting and useful.

This could be fun to use.Imagine all short poems you could put on the creature..or describe their personality

Or write their mates name.

Omg yessss. I've found myself wanting a "description" function of some sort now and then, especially when people gift donis and other special pets to me. I kind of want to add a thanks or a description of how this pet is special to me and whatnot. Support!

Omg I would love this! I really dislike how we have a renaming fee on this site and no other pet site does. I've never figured out why. Most people only buy unnamed creatures anyway because of this.

I have always wanted fro be able to acknowledge gifted donis without naming a creature. Or write a little something about a creature.

For example, dragcave allows you to write a description on a creature on the creature page. Which is neat.

Maybe the parchment can be applied to creatures by people with the item, and stick to creatures even in trades, but anyone receiving it can remove the description. Hmmm...

Oh, I like the idea of it persisting through trades! As long as the new owner can remove it, even if they don't have a sticky parchment themselves.
